We can't wait for you to get your order. Packages are shipped via Canada Post worldwide for a flat rate of $15. For curbside pickup, please visit our location at 1290 Kings Road, Sydney River, and we will bring your order to you!
Covid Update – May 14th 2020
Effective Immediately – No Refund or Exchange on all Soft Items, like handbags, fashion jewellery, clothing and footwear.
- When visiting our Boutique please practice social distancing, and observe directional arrows to help guide you in the right direction to keep you and our staff safe.
- If you have a mask we would appreciate you wearing it while in our shop.
- When trying on clothing please ask for assistance. We ask that you leave all clothing you will not be purchasing in the dressing room. Our staff will retrieve it and sterilizer before putting it back on the racks.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Food products
- And, in light of COVID-19, all soft items such as handbags, fashion jewellery, clothing and footwear.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
